We have spent the last two weekends doing the local festival/small town reunion sort of thing. Simple pleasures like wrist bands, carnival rides, and bouncy houses. Live music. Hot dogs, cotton candy, and no naps. These are the weekends that require an extra cup of coffee for Mom on Monday morning. The weekends where playing hard is the only thing we get accomplished. The only thing that would improve them would be spending a little time with my camera, or getting together with family for fish and cake. Oh, wait...we did that too! Festivals, family, fun, and (almost) Fall. These are a few of my favorite things.
